My dearest uncle,
hope you are alright,
alone up all night,
not having any appetite.

Battling the coughs,
enduring the bleeding,
how I wish I could do something...

If I was your child,
I'd pray all night,
I'll stay by your side,
I'll hold your hand tight.

Wallahi, I've never seen you in such pain,
had to hold back my tears and tried to stay sane.

I cannot imagine if you were my father,
I think I'll beg Allah to let me take over.

When someone is sick,
Allah is pardoning him.
Please endure the prick,
and recite Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.

I heard your takbir,
tasbih and tahlil.
Speedy recovery dear uncle,
Insha Allah all will be well..

Updates on 30/04/2010: Dear all, my uncle has passed on two days ago, 28/04/2010. I pray that he will be among the Abrar, amin, inshaAllah. Thank you for your duas.
