“La-ilaha-ill-Allaah, Muhamadur-Rasullullah”
(There Is No God But Allaah & Muhammed [peace be upon him] Is His Messenger

Note:

This was written in response to the inspiration from poems written by “24K_Road” which I have posted from the Islamic Poems Website in the past on my wall and notes.

In Quran, Surah 96, Al-Alaq (The Clot, Read, Proclaim) – The first ever revelation sent to Muhammad (peace be upon him) was “Iqra” meaning “Read” or “Recite”, followed by “Bi-ismi rabbika allathee khalaqa” meaning “In the name of Thy Lord, Who Created”.

I think this is a good link: with the commentaries about the verses on this Surah about the importance of knowledge and more: http://www.quranenglish.com/tafheem_quran/096.htm
Particularly see the commentary on the verses:
“Who Taught by the Pen” (96:4), and
“taught man what he did not know” (96:5)

Mu`awiyah (radhi-yAllâhu 'anhu) reported: The Messenger of Allah said, "When Allah wishes good for someone, He bestows upon him the understanding of Deen" [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]

Abu Hurairah (radhi-yAllâhu 'anhu) reported: The Messenger of Allah [sal-Allâhu 'alayhi wa sallam] said, "Allah makes the way to Jannah easy for him who treads the path in search of knowledge"[Muslim]

Now You Understand the Importance of Knowledge, searching and gaining it, acting upon it then inshaaAllaah Spreading the Message and Inviting (Dawah) to Muslims and Non-Muslims.

Lastly, this is my favourite:

Narrated Abu Hurairah [radhi-yAllâhu 'anhu]: The Prophet [sal-Allâhu 'alayhi wa sallam] said,

"Allâh [Subhânahu wa Ta'âla] says, 'I am just as My slave thinks I am, (i.e. I am Able to do for him what he thinks I can do for him) and I am with him if he remembers Me. If he remembers Me in himself, I too, remember him in Myself; and if he remembers Me in a group of people, I remember him in a group that is better than them; and if he comes one span nearer to Me, I go one cubit nearer to him; and if he comes one cubit nearer to Me, I go a distance of two outstretched arms nearer to him; and if he comes to Me walking, I go to him running.'" [Al-Bukhâri]
