We all found out that lifeless day.
Only sixteen and what can I say?
Diagnosed with MS and you still pulled a smile.
My sweet sister you doubted your walk up the isle.
Two years on and you glow like always.
Tears like raindrops and smiles like sun rays.
Doing well in college and bringing in A's.
Correcting my grammar in your cheeky ways.
My daughter you love and treat like royalty.
Ill never forget your support and your loyalty.
When I think of you,I think of me and how you rise above,
hardships and pain you feel you overcome with love.
I'm ever so proud and I shout it aloud,you're a story in the making.
Brave heart of gold and I'll watch you grow old with the challenges you are taking.
These words are for you and as lame as they sound.
Ive never seen beauty like in you that I found.
I wish you were older than me to guide me in your strength.
Progressing in life avoiding all strife and taking knowledge in length.
Worry not my dearest you have us all behind you.
But most of all stand proud and tall cuz we all really love you.
