Two eyes and a mind was once what I had
But now I'm in the grave after have been led astray,
Vainglorious, Niggardly, Superficial to this world were my ways
But now I'm in the grave after have been led astray,
The need to succeed was thought in money, power and status
But what was in need to succeed was the strengthening of my deen,
Greed, desire and lust took me on a path
Where by now I am in the grave incurring the Lord's wrath,
I have been decieved in such a foolish way
Thought happiness lied in wealth, the object of all praise
But rather it lied in standing, ready to pray
Oh Lord, give me another chance
So I may part my ways and not partake in the devil's dance,
Deception, what a form of art
But the ones with faith and patience knew it from the start,
If I could I would tell you but it's something that I can't
That the punishment of the grave
Is far far worse than the Nazi concentration camps,
If there was something I could say, then this I would say
When it comes to the life of this world
My beloved in Islam, just stay away.
