ISLAM ON TRIAL.

Assalamu alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu.
Dear reader! I received an email from someone yesterday and at the end of the email it said to 'forward it to as many people as possibe'. I tried to be complaisant. But I was convinced I wasn't able to reach as many people as I would've liked so I got an even better idea, Alhamdulillah! I decided to edit the email without changing too much, add a few things here and there and turned it in to a poem and post it here hoping it'd have a far more audience than the very few friends I tried forwarding it to.
..so here it is! I pray everyone who reads it, whether a Muslim or a non-Muslim, would enjoy it as much as I did or hopefully take some lessons from it too.

All praise and Glory is due to Allah. May Allah reward that someone who sent me the email.

ISLAM ON TRIAL.
She wished upon a star
I wished on The Maker
yet she gained love and fame
while I received laughter.

A Jew grew on his beard
just to practice his faith
when my brother did the same
they said 'an extremist! Oh look how he looks lame!'

A nun covered herself
to devote herself to God
when I chose to do the same,
I'm 'confused and depressed'!

She, the Western woman
decided to stay home and take care of her house
yet 'libration' for me
while respect was all hers!

A girl can go to university
wearing as she wills as it's her right
if she wore the Hijab
she can't enter the gates!

When a child dedicates himself to a subject
he has 'potential and a talent'
but behold! If he dedicates himself to Islam,
he's seen as 'hopeless and sadly lost'!

I ASK YOU WHY???

When a Jew kills someone
you never hear religion mentioned'
Yet ISLAM GOES TO TRIAL
WHEN A MUSLIM IS CHARGED!!!

When someone sacrifices himself to keep others alive
he's a noble hero and everyone respects him
a Palestinian does the same to save all that he knows and loves
he's called a 'terrorist' Why? You still don't know?
BECAUSE HE'S A M-U-S-L-I-M!!!

When we're faced with trouble
we accept any solution available
yet if the solution lies in Islam
we refuse to look at it at any level!

When we see someone drive a perfect car
being used in an improper manner
no one blames that perfect car
but when a Muslim makes a mistake
'Islam is the reason' they all say together!

Without giving a glance to an Islamic Law
people believe what's written in newspapers
BUT THEY DARE TO QUESTION
WHAT THE HOLY-QUR'AN SAYS!!!
