Alxamdulilah for today
That we're gathered here to say
Welcome to this wonderful deen
May you always stay keen

Through difficulties and struggle
You made it out of the rubble
You found your way
And are here to stay

The ones you left behind may say you're wrong
But you'll always stay strong
Cause they don't understand
What it means to take this stand

They say we're oppressed
But surely they are depressed
Cause if they really understood
They would run through any wood

To be where we are now
And willingly offer a bow
I hope someday they come to submission
Till that day we're grateful for this addition.
