I have my temptations
Im pretty sure we all do
When you see something you like
You want to lure yourself in
As if looks were persuasion
It's a temptation
That pulling force
An inducement, an allurement
The control of personal charm
An offer of pleasure
A motive to action
It's a temptation
The power of beauty
The domination of a feature
To be fascinating or pleasing
Qualities that appeal
The "wanting" to act upon
It's a temptation
Interests start to stimulate
When your eyes cross something irresistible
To follow through with something you know you shouldn't
An exciting hope or desire
Unavoidable and undeniable
It's a temptation
I have my temptations
But then again I have my limits
And I make sure I don't pass them
To stay forever in the right direction
I make Islam my addiction
Give Allah all my affection
And take the Quran as my inspiration
