Have you seen that? Look, over there!
The neighbours have a new car!
Where did they get the money from?
It’s a brand new jaguar!

And this new guy at work
Has such an expensive ring
Every time I see it
I feel such a sting!

And Miss Posh at the salon
Buzzing round like she owns the place
(Oh, she does) well anyway
She must be rich. I rest my case!

I spend all day stressing about
How others have lots while I have bits
And despite all this time I spend
Still, nothing to show for it!

I don’t mean to go on
But why don’t these things happen to us?
I don’t mean to moan, and of course
I’m not paranoid (or jealous).
