Cruising through life
On auto pilot
Not checking out da speed bumps
Nor da warning lites, flashing bright red
Oblivious of everything
Except da rhythm in my head
A head filled with dreams
Shoulda stayed in bed
Rudely awakened
To a crashing halt
Da wheels have fallen off
My vehicles been stalled
Da road ahead of me has divided into multiples, say two
Just crazy man, got me seeing blue
Can’t reverse
Can’t go forward
I hate where I’m at
A long road to nowhere
Nothing to show for where Ive been
Nothing to speak of, that’s what Ive seen
Tow me outta here someone
I need some time-out
