Bismillah Ir-Rahman, Ir-Raheem. Ashahadu An Laa illaaha illal llahu
Wa Ash Hadu Anna Muhammadan Abdu Hu Wa Rasooluhu
''I bear witness that there is no deity but Allah
who is without partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad (Peace be upon Him) is the Rasool.''
"O Allah, Shower Your Peace come upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, as you have brought peace to Ibrahim and his family.
Truly, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious. O Allah, Shower your blessing upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, as you have blessed Ibrahim and his family. Truly, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious". Iam Satisfied with Allâh as My Rabb and Cherisher,Iam Satisfied With Islam as My Din(religion) and Iam satisfied with Muhammad as a Rasulallah (Messenger)sallallahu alaihi was salam . (This is the Statement of ALLAH in the Quran) ” Surah 60 - Al Mumtahinah - Ayat - 001 O ye who believe! Take not my enemies and yours as friends (or protectors),- offering them (your) love, even though they have rejected the Truth that has come to you, and have (on the contrary) driven out the Prophet and yourselves (from your homes), (simply) because ye believe in God your Lord! If ye have come out to strive in My Way and to seek My Good Pleasure, (take them not as friends), holding secret converse of love (and friendship) with them: for I know full well all that ye conceal and all that ye reveal. And any of you that does this has strayed from the Straight Path.
Surah 60 - Al Mumtahinah - Ayat - 002 If they were to get the better of you, they would behave to you as enemies, and stretch forth their hands and their tongues against you for evil: and they desire that ye should reject the Truth. I declare that ALLAH's Enemies as His Enemies, and I donot take His Enemies as Friends or protectors. (The Dajjal and his followers are the Enemies of ALLAH). And I also Declare that the Believers are the Friends of ALLAH, and I donot take them as enemies.
The mission of Rasulallah(sallallahu alaihi was salam) , like that of the earlier messengers of ALLAH, was to call people to the worship of ALLAH and to the submission of One True ALLAH. In practice, submission to ALLAH means to obey His injunctions as given in the Holy Qur'an and as exemplified by Sunnah (the practice of Rasulallah(sallallahu alaihi was salam). As successor to Rasulallah(sallallahu alaihi was salam), the Caliph was the head of the Muslim community and his primary responsibility was to continue in the path of Rasulallah(sallallahu alaihi was salam). Since religion (the Din) was perfected and the door of Divine revelation was closed at the death of Rasulallah(sallallahu alaihi was salam), the Caliph was to make all laws in accordance with the Qur'an and the Sunnah. He was a ruler over Muslims but not their sovereign since sovereignty belongs to ALLAH alone. He was to be obeyed as long as he obeyed ALLAH. He was responsible for creating and maintaining conditions under which it would be easy for Muslims to live according to Islamic principles, and to see that justice was done to all. Abu Bakr, at the time he accepted the caliphate, stated his position thus:
"The weak among you shall be strong with me until their rights have been vindicated; and the strong among you shall he weak with me until, if the Rabb wills, I have taken what is due from them... Obey me as long as I obey ALLAH and His Rasulallah(sallallahu alaihi was salam). When I disobey Him and His Rasulallah(sallallahu alaihi was salam), then obey me not." Those Caliphs who truly followed in Rasulallah(sallallahu alaihi was salam)'s foot steps are called 'The Rightly-Guided Caliphs' (Al-Khulafa-ur Rashidun in Arabic). They are the first four Caliphs: Abu Bakr, 'Umar, Uthman and Ali; Umar ibn Abdul-Aziz; and seven Caliphs who did not appear yet, the last one of them is Al-Mahdi. All the first four were among the earliest and closest Sahabah of Rasulallah(sallallahu alaihi was salam) . They lived simple and righteous lives and strove hard for the religion of ALLAH. Their justice was impartial, their treatment of others was kind and merciful, and they were one with the people - the first among equals. After these four, the later Caliphs assumed the manners of kings and emperors and the true spirit of equality of ruler and ruled diminished to a considerable extent in the political life of Muslims. The statements of Rasulallah(sallallahu alaihi was salam)

"If I were to take a friend other than my Rabb, I would take Abu Bakr as a friend." (Hadith)" ALLAH has placed truth upon Umar's tongue and heart." (Hadith)Every Nabi has an assistant, and my assistant will be Uthman." (Hadith)You [Ali] are my brother in this world and the next." (Hadith)"... The first and most notable phase in the history of Muslim peoples came to an end. All through this period it had been the Book of ALLAH and the practices of His Rasulallah(sallallahu alaihi was salam) - that is, the Qur'an and the Sunnah - which had guided the leaders and the led, set the standards of their moral conduct and inspired their actions. It was the time when the rulers and the ruled, the rich and the poor, the powerful and the weak, were uniformly subject to the Divine Law(the Shariah). It was (an epoch)

a point in time beginning a new

distinctive period in the history of freedom and equality, of ALLAH-consciousness and humility, of social justice which recognized no privileges, and of an impartial law which accepted no pressure groups or vested interests.
The Tyrannical Ruleship is being Lifting up from the Muslims world by ALLAH! O People of Authority! O Tyrants of the world! O Oppressors Fear ALLAH! and beware! Be kind and mercyful to the Muslim people,Being kind and mercyful do not mean, being kind and mercyful to one set of people and being cruel and unfair to another!Of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) supplication is that,

“O Allah! When a person who is placed in authority over my Ummah (people) is strict with them, be Thou also strict with him, and when such a person is kind on them, be Thou also kind on him.” (Muslim)
''Give the muslim people who are under your authority their Rights and what is justly due to them and do not be cruel and unfair by treating the people like dirt!"...,
Imaam Ibnul-Qayyim, rahimahullaah, said:

It is quite amazing how it can be easy upon a person to be cautious and wary with regards to [different impermissible acts such as]: eating from unlawful means, oppression, adultery and fornication, stealing, drinking intoxicants, looking at prohibited things and the likes, and yet quite difficult for him to be careful about the movement of his tongue. So bad that you find a person towards whom the people point to concerning his practice of the Religion, his asceticism, and worship, and despite this he says statements that anger Allaah greatly and he shows no concern about this, yet this statement will take him [to a Fire] that is farther than distance between east and west. (1)

How many people do you see from amongst those who have enough piety to abstain from lewd, indecent acts, oppression and wrong doing, but their tongues rip apart the honor of both the dead and the living and they show not a care in the least.
That which has befallen Gaddafi in Libya, Is not a thing to be over looked! It Can happen any where in the world at any time, and too any Tyrant! Bad actions brings about bad consequence!"... weather that tyrant is over a Country, over a state, over a city, over a town, over a village, over a commuity,or over a masjid, Any one resembling an oppressive ruler in the harsh use of authority or power, in this time that we are living in it can happen!"... That he who would perish might perish in clear evidence [of the truth], and that he who would remain alive might live in clear evidence [of the truth]. And verily ALLAH is All-Hearing, All Knowing..." [al-Anfaal 8:42] Now we are watching the Tyrannical rule being Lift it up. Anyone who examines closely the evils that existence in the world today and in the Pass, they will find that each of them is caused by disobeying the Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam . Similarly, every good in the world today and in the pass results from obeying him. Furthermore, all the evils and pains in the Hereafter result from disobeying him Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. Thus, all the evils in both lives are caused by disobeying Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam and its consequences. O tyrants and O people under the rule of tyrants obeyed ALLAH and His Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam properly, If we obeyed ALLAH and His Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam there would be no evil on earth. This applies equally to these worldly events today! And the general natural catastrophes and calamities, and to the personal evils, pains, and sorrow that are occurring to the muslim people and the non-muslim people Today. Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Once Rasulallah(sallallahu alaihi was salam) was speaking to us when, a bedouin came and asked him: "When will the Last Day be?'' Rasulallah(sallallahu alaihi was salam) continued his talk. Some of those present thought that he had heard him but disliked the interruption and the other said that he had not hear him. When Rasulallah(sallallahu alaihi was salam) concluded his speech he asked, "Where is the one who inquired about the Last Day?'' The man replied: "Here I am.'' Rasulallah(sallallahu alaihi was salam) replied, "When the practice of honouring a trust is lost, expect the Last Day.'' He asked: "How could it be lost?'' He replied, "When the government is entrusted to the undeserving people, then wait for the Last Day.'' [Al-Bukhari]. Here a very important sign of the nearness of the Day of Judgement has been mentioned: The affairs of the world and the Muslims world will be in the hands of the wicked and the undeserving people. The sinners and the wicked people are the leaders of the world. The preaching from mibars would also be occupied by people who would be greedy and ignorant. They will be devoid of piety and abstinence. The Tyrannical Ruleship is being Lifting up from this world by ALLAH!"...The first sign with which it is possible to see, is the coming of revolutions - including this great revolution-the changing of the Hearts of the Muslims people and the turning back to towards ALLAH in repentance!"... it is the Sweeping away of tyranny, oppression, corruption and the violation of the People's rights and different kinds of social corruptions and deviating from truth and morality, which is itself the factor of expansion of corruption in society, But in this time, We are coming in too the Last Period of Ruleship, so many Evil will come in between these two period. Rasulallah(sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam) mentioned the periods that this nation will experience, he categorized them according to the type of government, whether unjust, or that which follows the guidance of Rasulallah(sallallahu alaihi was salam) , or autocratic and tyrannical, as we are experience today!.It should be clearly understood that the mission of Rasulallah(sallallahu alaihi was salam) , and hence that of the Rightly-Guided Caliphs, was not political, social or economic reform, although such reforms were a logical consequence of the success of this mission, nor the unity of a nation and the establishment of an empire, although the nation did unite and vast areas came under one Islamic administration, nor the spread of a civilization or culture, although many civilizations and cultures developed, but only to deliver the message of ALLAH to all the peoples of the world and to invite them to submit to ALLAH's will, while being the foremost among those who submitted.
'O Muslims people, surely Allah prevents dictatorship, tyrants and their followers for you and gives leadership to the best of the nation that of Muhammad Rasulallah(sallallahu alaihi was salam)and the 4 Rightly-Guided Khalifas(Khulafa Ar-Rashideen). Rasulallah(sallallahu alaihi was salam) emphatically instructed his Sahabah: "(To avoid such decline) you people must enjoin upon others to do good deeds and prevent them from doing forbidden things; you should restrain every tyrant from tyranny and invite him towards truth and justice." Another Hadith says that Rasulallah(sallallahu alaihi was salam) was reclining comfortably when, suddenly overcome with emotion, he sat up and said: "I swear by Allah that you people cannot attain salvation, unless you prevent the tyrants from tyranny." Another Hadith says that Rasulallah(sallallahu alaihi was salam) said: "You people must preach the Truth, and prevent the sinners from doing forbidden things, and check the tyrants, and to bring them towards the right path, otherwise you will be accursed and your hearts will be corrupted, just as Allah did with Bani Israel."... The primary responsibility of an Islamic government or society is still the same as it was in the days of the early Caliphs: to make all laws in accordance with the Qur'an and the Sunnah, to make positive efforts to create and maintain conditions under which it will be possible and easy for Muslims to live an Islamic life, to secure impartial and speedy justice for all, and to strive hard in the path of ALLAH. Any Muslim government which is committed to such a policy is truly following the message delivered by Rasulallah(sallallahu alaihi was salam) .
The Shariah is ALLAH’s justice among His servants, and His mercy among his creatures. It is ALLAH’s shadow on this earth. It is His wisdom which leads to Him in the most exact way and the most exact affirmation of the truthfulness of His Rasulallah(sallallahu alaihi was salam). It is His light which enlightens the seekers and His guidance for the rightly guided. It is the absolute cure of all ills and the straight path which if followed would lead to righteousness. It is life and nutrition, the medicine, the light, the cure and the safeguard. Every good in this life is derived from it and achieved through it, and every deficiency in existence results from its dissipation. [...] If ALLAH would wish to destroy the world and dissolve existence, He would void whatever remains of its injunctions. For the Shariah which was sent to His Rasulallah(sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam) is the pillar of existence and the key to success in this world and the Hereafter. Establishing Justice
It is surprising to find someone claiming closeness to Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam) and complete love for him while he strives to follow and establish someone else's opinions. He bases his anger, love, and satisfaction on such opinions; he referees them; and he compares Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam)'s statements to them - if they agree with those opinions then he accepts them, otherwise he applies all sorts of tricks and takes all measures to reject them and to turn away from them.
Allah ta'ala said:
"Believers! Stand out firmly for fair dealings, as witnesses to Allah, even though it be against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin; be he rich or poor, Allah can best protect both. So follow not the lusts [of your hearts] lest you may avoid justice. If you distort your testimony or refuse to provide it, verily, Allah is ever Well-Acquainted with what you do" [an-Nisaa' 4:135]
This ayah carries great meanings that should be emphasized because of people's dire need for them.
Allah ta'ala commands the believers to establish equity and justice. It should be rendered toward everyone, whether enemy or friend.
It is even more important to establish justice in matters of ideas, opinions, and beliefs, because they relate to Allah's commands and teachings. Allowing whims and disobedience to influence one's opinions and beliefs conflicts with Allah's commands and with His Rasulallah's(sallallahu alayhi was salam) Message.
Establishing justice in ideas, opinions and beliefs is the mission of the successors to Rasulallah (sallallaahu 'alayhi wa salam) in his Ummah (nation) - those who are worthy of carrying the trust among his followers. No one deserves such description of honesty except those who establish absolute justice in this, as an advice for Allah, His Book, His Messenger, and His worshipers. These are indeed the true inheritors [of the glorious Message].
Thus a person is not worthy of this description if he takes his company, ways, and opinions as measures and indicators of the truth - loathing or befriending people because of them.
How far is such a person from establishing the justice that Allah mandated on everyone, especially in these matters of belief where the obligation is higher! It is upon the one who speaks in this matter, or any other matter, that He should only do so based upon the knowledge and the truth: and that his objective should be sincerity to Allâh, to His Book, to His Rasulallsh(sallallahu alayhi was salam) and the giving of sincere advice to his Muslim brothers. But if he makes the truth accord with his own whims and desires, then this will corrupt and ruin the hearts, the actions, and the state of affairs. Allâh, the Most High said, “And if the truth were to be in accordance with their desires, then indeed the heavens and the earth - and all that is therein -would be corrupted and ruined.” [Al-Mu’minûn (23): 71] Rasulallah(sallallahu alaihi wassalam) said,
“None of you truly believe until he makes desires accord with what I have been sent with.”[1] The Meaning of Justice. In the Islamic worldview, justice denotes placing things in their rightful place. It also means giving others equal treatment. In Islam, justice is also a moral virtue and an attribute of human personality, as it is in the Western tradition. Justice is close to equality in the sense that it creates a state of equilibrium in the distribution of rights and duties, but they are not identical. ALLAH says 'O My servants, I have forbidden oppression for Myself and have made it forbidden amongst you, so do not oppress one another. Allah Says,
And We desired to show favour unto those who were oppressed in the earth, and to make them examples and to make them the inheritors. 28:5

Narrated 'Abdullah bin Umar: Rasulallah(sallallahu alaihi was salam)said, "A Muslim is a brother of another Muslim, so he should not oppress him, nor should he hand him over to an oppressor. Whoever fulfilled the needs of his brother, Allah will fulfill his needs; whoever brought his (Muslim) brother out of a discomfort, Allah will bring him out of the discomforts of the Day of Resurrection, and whoever screened a Muslim, Allah will screen him on the Day of Resurrection . " Sahih Bukahri: Volume 3, Book 43, Number 622. Oppression of any type is haram, and we have to protect our selfs from it. We especially have to be aware of the consequences. Do we know that the quickest dua that is responded to is the dua of the oppressed? Rasulallah(sallallahu alaihi was salam) warned:

Narrated Abu Ma'bad, that Rasulallah(sallallahu alaihi was salam)said, "... and be afraid of the curse of an oppressed person because there is no screen between his invocation and Allah." Sahih Bukhari: Volume 2, Book 24, Number 573.

And

Narrated Abu Bakrah: Rasulallah(sallallahu alaihi was salam)said: There is no sin more fitted to have punishment meted out by Allah to its perpetrator in advance in this world along with what He stores up for him in the next world than oppression and severing ties of relationship. Sahih Muslim: Book 41, Number 4884:

This is a warning to the oppressor, and an assurance to the oppressed. How? Well, In this verse and hadith , Allah grants respite to the oppressed in the form of blessings and extra attention to the dua.So we must beware of this dua - the dua of the oppressed, and we must take heart from knowing that when someone oppresses us, the answer is not to retaliate with more haram, but to rely on Allah. My advice to them is to never forget the power of the dua, and to remember that Allah Hears them and knows of their case.Narrated Abu Dharr: Rasulallah(sallallahu alaihi was salam)stated that Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, said: My servants, I have made oppression unlawful for Me and unlawful for you, so do not commit oppression against one another. My servants, all of you are liable to err except one whom I guide on the right path, so seek right guidance from Me so that I may direct you to the right path. O My servants, all of you are hungry (need) except the one whom I feed, so beg food from Me, so that I may give it to you. O My servants, all of you are naked (need clothes) except the one whom I provide with garments, so beg clothes from Me, so that I may clothe you. O My servants, you commit error night and day and I am there to pardon your sins, so beg pardon from Me so that I may grant you pardon.

O My servants, even if the first amongst you, the last amongst you, even if the whole of the human race, and that of the Jinns, become (equally) God-conscious like the heart of a single person amongst you, nothing will add to My Power. O My servants, even if the first amongst you, the last amongst you, the whole human race, and that of the Jinns too become in unison the most wicked (all beating) like the heart of a single person, it will cause no loss of My Power. O My servants, even if the first amongst you, the last amongst you, the whole human race, and that of Jinns also, all stand in one place and you ask Me and I confer upon every person what he asks for, it will not in any way cause any loss to Me (even less) than that which is caused to the ocean by dipping a needle in it.

My servants, these deeds of yours, which I am recording for you, I shall reward you for them. So he who finds good should praise Allah and he who does not find it should not blame anyone but himself. Sa'id said that when AbuIdris Khawlani narrated this hadith he knelt down. Sahih Muslim: Book 31, Number 6246.
