Our deen came as something strange
And as such it shall return
To be among the strangers
Is something I truly yearn

They've put me in a cage
Waiting for me to conform
But I'm breaking the bars now
Expect a social storm
Cos I'm sick of trying
To fit into da norms

Who cares about the dunya
N what people expected
Cos it's only by my Lord
Do I wanna be accepted

Don't let the enemy see your weak
Cos he'll kick you wen your down
Yeah.... life's peak
Without a purpose you'll just drown

I try n put on a brave face
Pls Excuse da break downs
Moving at a steady pace
Time to control my life now

May Allah fill my heart with sincerity
Cos sincerely Allow bein the devils bitch
Following him to the hell fire
Wanna be Nothing but a Servant of Allah

InshaAllah my iman only gets higher
But don't get it twisted
No one can do it all alone
U can break a bone

But u can't break a body
We're being prepared for victory
What don't kill you makes u stronger
My brothers n sisters

We won't have to wait much longer
But the worlds tryna make us forget
When we rise, will we rise with regret?

Cos they've got their agenda
But we will not surrender
To der System made with precision
Der tryna blurr out our vision

Tryna make us forget
that life is just a test
