There is a pebble in my shoe!!!

There is a something in my shoe and i don't know what to do. I ask Allah for help but i have no doubt. I wobble i wiggle i even touch the grown. The only thing i did was fall to the grown. Ouch, sting could some one get this thing. I hardly can't think. I got up. I picked up my shoe i look if there poo. Then i said there is a pebble in my shoe and that was a silly thing to do.
