When your were there
I didnt care
Like almost forgetting to pay the bus fare
Completely unaware
I know it's totally unfair

Those days I forgot to notice you
But honestly I forgot to notice me
You waited for me to call you
But was I ever good enough to be
Listened to what I had to say to you
Only to disagree
To your truth words that flew
Never able to find the key

Sleepless nights
Where I had no rights
To judge you and win an unfair fight
Promises I made to pay for your flights
Always there by my sight
O how I wish I was standing by your side
When you fall ill and had a fright
But I was completely out of your sight
Wished now that I could hold you so tight

Buying me what I wanted
So I wouldnt feel unwanted
Forgotten
