One week ago life ended
One week
And for one eternity I've lain here
Six feet underground
In the soil
Vermin crawling all around me,
Gnawing at my skin, muscle, bone,
As I lie here, unable to move.
No-one can hear my screams as my soul is torn from my body,
Cell by cell.

Is this pain physical?
Or is it spiritual?

For one eternity I shall lie here
Unheard, desperate screams
Regretting each sin,
Dwelling,
Until the day when I am raised back to the earth to face my Creator
With every sinner, every pious man, every Prophet,
To face my judgement,
My book of deeds heavy in my left hand.
