Bismillah Ir-Rahman, Ir-Raheem. I begin with ALLAH's auspiciousness, whose Name is the Best among all the names. All Revences, All Sanctities and All Worships are due to ALLAH alone. Ashahadu An Laa illaaha illal llahu
Wa Ash Hadu Anna Muhammadan Abdu Hu Wa Rasooluhu
''I bear witness that there is no deity but Allah
who is without partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad (Peace be upon Him) is the Rasool.''
"O Allah, Shower Your Peace come upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, as you have brought peace to Ibrahim and his family.
Truly, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious. O Allah, Shower your blessing upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, as you have blessed Ibrahim and his family. Truly, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious". Iam Satisfied with Allâh as My Rabb and Cherisher,Iam Satisfied With Islam as My Din(religion) and I am satisfied with Muhammad as a Rasulallah (Messenger)sallallahu alaihi was salam) I seek Protection with ALLAH! With the Glorious and Noble Face of ALLAH! With the Complete and Perfect words of ALLAH! With the Exalted Attributes of ALLAH! From the Punishment of Hell; From chastisement in the Grave; From the Trial of Life and Death; From the Mischief of the dajjal. There is no power nor strength with (anyone) save Allah. It is ALLAH who has absolute authority over His entire Creation! and It is He who has given rights to His creation.
Ya ALLAH you are the one who disgraces all obstinate tyrants by the exercise of you supreme power and absolute authority.
In the Din of ALLAH, In islam these rights cover every aspect of the muslim life, the muslim society. one of these aspect of life is the knowledge(Ilm) of islam, and the Rigth to have knowledge of Islam and that right is for all People the Muslim and the Non muslim. As the Holy Quran teaches,
Islam is the religion of knowledge. The first aayah of the Qur’an to be revealed
enjoined reading which is the key to knowledge. Allah (SWT) says:
“Read! In the Name of your Rabb Who has created (all that exists).
He has created man from a clot (a piece of thick coagulated blood).
Read! And your Lord is the Most Generous.
Who has taught (the writing) by the pen.
He has taught man that which he knew not”
[al-‘Alaq 96:1-5]
Allah (SWT) created man and provided him with the tools for acquiring knowledge,
namely hearing, sight, Feeling, understanding and the gift of wisdom. Allah says:
“And Allâh has brought you out from the wombs of your mothers while you
know nothing. And He gave you hearing, sight, and hearts that you might give
thanks (to Allâh) [al-Nahl 16:78]
And as it was taught and lived by the Excellent Example of Rasulullah(sallallahu alayhi was salam),: It is essential to present the excellence example of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) to the Hearts of the Believers with reverence and respect for his the lofty character and habits. It is necessary that the morals character of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) become well known in our lives, so that our love for Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) becomes dominant in our hearts and with an eagerness to follow His holy character, Nabi-e-Kareem (sallallahu alayhi wasallam)! and with His excellence example and the Beauty of His character has become an inspiration to the hearts of Believers and Men for all times. So Some aayaat and ahadith is mentioned in this regard. 1. Allah Ta’ala says:
“Verily, you (Muhammad) are on a lofty character.” Ibn Kathir said:
“Then Allah tells us that His Rasulullah(sallallahu alayhi was salam) is not a fabricator or a liar, because only the most evil of people who do not believe in the signs of Allah, the kafirs and heretics who are known among the people for telling lies, tell lies about Allah and His Rasulullah(sallallahu alayhi was salam), Muhammad Rasulullah(sallallahu alayhi was salam)is the most truthful of Men, the most righteous of Men, the most perfect in Character and knowledge, action, faith and certain of belief. He was known among his people for his truthfulness; none of them doubted that or Him, to such an extent that he was known among them as ‘al-Ameen (the trustworthy one) Muhammad Rasulullah(sallallahu alayhi was salam)
So, when Heraclius, the ruler of Rome, asked Abu Sufyan about the characteristics of Rasulullah(sallallahu alayhi was salam), one of the things he asked was, ‘Did you ever accuse him of lying before he said what he said?’ He said, ‘No.’ Heraclius said: ‘If he refrained from telling lies about people he would not go and tell lies about Allah’(another account)-when Heraclius, the ruler of Rome, asked Abu Sufyan about the characteristics of Rasulullah(sallallahu alayhi was salam), one of the things he asked was,You said that he was not known to tell a lie! before he made His claim, Well! I know that He would not start by lying about ALLAH.
we should know that having knowledge about ALLAH, His Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam) and Islam is very importance, Allah (SWT) commanded His Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam)to
seek more knowledge. Allah (SWT) says:
“and say: ‘My Rabb! Increase me in knowledge”[Ta-Ha 20:114]
Islam calls us to seek knowledge. Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam) made seeking knowledge an
obligation upon every Muslim, and he explained that the superiority of the one who
has knowledge over the one who merely worships is like the superiority of the moon
over every other heavenly body. He said that the scholars are the heirs of the Prophets
and that the Prophets did not leave behind dinars and dirhams (i.e., money), rather
their inheritance was knowledge, so whoever acquires it has gained a great share.
Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam) said that seeking knowledge is a way to Paradise. He Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam) said:
“Whoever follows a path in the pursuit of knowledge, Allah (SWT) will make a path
to Paradise easy for him.” (Narrated by al-Bukhaari, Kitaab al-‘Ilm, 10)
The first and most crucial obligation on us is to acquire knowledge and secondly to
practice and preach or teach this knowledge. No man becomes truly a Muslim without
knowing the meaning of Islam,
because he becomes a Muslim not through birth or through Culture,
but through knowledge.
Unless we come to know the basic and necessary teachings
of Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam)how can we believe in him, have faith in him, act
according to what he taught? If we do not have knowledge about Him and his Life and practices, It is impossible for us to be a real Muslim, and at the same
time live in a state of ignorance! In this time that we are living in there has been a movement in the west with strong efforts to make sure that the Muslims in the west and throughout the world remain ignorance and uninformed about the very basics of Islam, this efforts has been to present Islam in the Most corrupt form. So that the people will remain igonrance and reject the Din of ALLAH, even before having any real knowledge about it. this is not something new! This has been going on for years, for about 150 years openly, and about 240years secretly.
A person without knowledge is like someone walking along a track in complete
darkness. Most likely his steps will wander aside and he easily can be deceived by
shaytaan. This shows that our greatest danger lies in our ignorance of Islamic
teachings and in our unawareness of what the Qur’an teaches and what guidance has
been given by Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam). But if we are blessed with the(Nur) light of knowledge
we will be able to see plainly the clear path of (Din) Islam at every step of our lives in every step of the way. We
shall also be able to identify and avoid the dangerous paths of Kufr, Shirk and
immorality, which may cross it. O Muslim people this is time to whole the Scholars responsible for their Duty and responsibility of teaching and educating the Muslim People and the World, Now is the time for Great Education in the Muslim world about the Din, about Islam! These Revolutions in the World and the Muslim world have given the Scholars the Freedom to Teach and educate the Muslim people Openly without Fear! Ya Ulama! O Scholars! O Learned men of Din, of Islam!, Teach and Educate without Fear!(For ALLAH is with us and will aids and protect us, if we are right before Him! But we should not Expect the Help of ALLAH! If we are wicked and corrupt. ) So teach the people that which is most beneficial for the dignity and integrity of the Muslim people and for the sincerity of Iman(Faith)! O Ulama! O Scholars! You are charged with the authority of protecting the Din and explaining it and teaching it to the World and Refuting those who deviate from it or try to alter it. ALLAH ta'ala has given you this charge, as He said:
"These [prophets] were the men to whom We granted the Book and Judgement and Prophethood; if these people [of the Scripture] reject them, behold! We shall entrust their charge to a new people who do not reject them..." [al-An'aam 6:89]This is indeed a great assignment to you O Ulama! O Scholars! That requires from the Muslim people to obey and follow you. The Days of the Tyrants are just about over! With one exception and that is Sufyani in Syria.! O Muslim people our duty is to Aid and support the Scholars in ever way within the boudndaries of Din and to practice what we have learn,to preach it,and to live it so that which we have been taught by the Scholars can be seen in our lives!(ishaallah) It will be a inspiration to others.O Muslim people beware that their are among us kafara whom purpose is to corrupt every muslims that they can the young as well as the olds, if not directed, indirected through powerful black magic, some times this black magic is put in our food, or some tims it is put on our clothes,or some times it is put in places where we sleep! These enemies of ALLAH! They are allways happy! When ever they have gotten a muslim involved insome kind of corruption or trouble in the world! Or too Get a muslim in trouble with ALLAH! O Enemies of ALLAH! Fear ALLAH! as he should be Fear! Do you fear the Pin(Pen) more then you Fear ALLAH! Do you fear that the Pen will write about your Disgraceful behavior! Your already in disgrace! And you do not know it! And ALLAH! Can disgrace you for eternity, or Do you fear that the Pen will expose your sinister Plotting with the secret societies, The Masons and others against Islam and against the Believing Muslims people! Its already expose! And ALLAH can bring to public notice every detail of your Evil plot. So O foolish ones give up your madness and come to ISLAM! come back to ISLAM Wholehearedly the time is getting short and the Hour is near! O ememies of ALLAH! You can run around and tell as many lies to all of those who will accept them, spreading dissension among the Muslims, telling lies causeing the muslim people to mistrust each other, and stir up sedition and creating hostility between the Muslims and the non-muslim, tring to destroy the Character and Integrity of the Believing Muslims people! You can fool some of the people, you cannot fool all of the people with your Lies, the people can ask you one question what did this person or these people do wrong? where are the facts? where is the prove? All these lies are the characteristics of Disbelievers, Allaah says: “They wish that you reject faith as they have rejected (faith), and thus that you all become equal (like one another).” (An-Nisaa’: 89).
The Kaafirs plots against the Muslims people by night and betrays us in the day. Enmity towards you is vividly shown in their faces and their utterances. They bites their fingertips in severe anger against the Muslims people and their inner-self is full of evil plans against us. They pretends to be trustworthy and good mannered while they are actually pursuing their own interests. ALLAH exposes them when he says: “Hatred has already appeared from their mouths but what their breasts(Hearts) conceal is far worse.” (Aal-Imran: 118).
They hide their lies and treachery in apparent truthfulness and sincerity, please you with words of their mouths while their hearts rejects you. They argue with falsehood and conceal the truth. Their evil plots against the Muslims people are great; but Allaah will render their plan fruitless, for, “The plots of disbelievers are nothing but error.” ALLAH said in The Holy Quran(24:13-14-15)
13. Why did they not bring four witnesses to prove it? When they have not brought the witnesses, such men, in the sight of Allah, (stand forth) themselves as liars! 14. Were it not for the grace and mercy of Allah on you, in this world and the Hereafter, a grievous penalty would have seized you in that ye rushed glibly into this affair. 15. Behold, ye received it on your tongues, and said out of your mouths things of which ye had no knowledge; and ye thought it to be a light matter, while it was most serious in the sight of Allah. When the Muslim people go to the Story or to the Restaurant and 50 Government informants come in and out in a very short time! All of these people were suspected of being informants over the years, But there was no clear proof until today!- All of these people who had pretend to be Muslim had betrayed Islam long ago ! The truth of the Matter is that in reality all of these people and many many more are the secret enemies of ALLAH! And when the Sun rises from the west they will be seen and treated as the open enemies of ALLAH! O Enemies of ALLAH! Where will you hide that day? Fear ALLAH! As He should be Fear! O foolish ones give up your madness and come to ISLAM! Come back to ISLAM Wholeheartedly the time is getting short and the Hour is near. Before the time comes when there is No tawbah or No repentance that will be accepted! And No Mercy shown to you from the Believers!-----Before it to late!
And, whenever a false guide meets us on the way, a
few words with him will quickly establish that he is not a guide who should be
followed or trusted.
True Knowledge of Islam removes the blindness from the Hearts of the people and True Knowledge can be pursued and practiced with sincerity and humility and that will leads to the beauty of modesty, Honesty, Integrity
and dignity, freedom and justice.
The main purpose of acquiring knowledge is to bring us closer to ALLAH! To understand what ALLAH wants from us! And that is Unconditional Surrender! Submission to His Will, To the commandments of ALLAH!, To the Orders of ALLAH without conditions or limitations,Unconditional Surrender to ALLAH! And that is to Believe in ALLAH and His Rasulullah(Sallallahu Alayhi wa Salam) and the Last day! WholeHeartedly,With Sincerity: Sincerity means being deeply devoted to ALLAH in ones heart and actions. the sincere muslim has a deep fear for Allah, profoundly believes in Him! Sees and advocates the righteousness in the best way. The sincere muslim is the one who believes in Allah with certainty in the Hereafter, In the Prophets, In the Heavens and in the Hell and in the Angels, In the Books and the last day and His Divine Decree, the Good and the Bad. Due to his fear of and for ALLAH and He has a profound love for Allah, a sincere muslim is someone who readily discriminates between the right and the wrong, who absolutely implements what is right according to the Qur’an and the Sunnah of Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam), without seeing any limits in drawing Nearer to Allah and the love for him, Who discharges all the requirements of the(Din) religion the best he can in the most accurate and absolute manner. Consequently, sincerity is something that flows from the Heart which appears with fear of Allah, and nearness and love for Him and is experienced in the form as depicted in the Qur’an. Surely We have revealed to you the Book with the truth, therefore serve Allah, being sincere to Him in obedience. (Holy Qur'an, 39:2)-Rasulullah(Sallallahu Alayhi wa Salam) said that Allah (swt) said: Ikhlas is a secret from my secrets and I place it in the heart of my servant who is my beloved. The great scholar Shaykh al-Baha'i (ra) has narrated that the people of the heart (those who love Allah by heart) say that: "Ikhlas means keeping action free from other?than?ALLAH having a role in it and that the performer of an action should not desire any reward for it in the world and the Hereafter."Rasulullah(Sallallahu Alayhi wa Salam) said: Certainly there is a reality of every truth and a servant cannot reach the reality of Ikhlas unless he doesn't like people to praise him for the actions he has done (only) for the sake of ALLAH.------ ALLAH Almighty has invited His servants towards Himself by indicating that they should purify their Hearts and souls from other-than-ALLAH and He ALLAH make them turn exclusively towards Him.. ---Imam Jafar al-Sadiq (a), while explaining the utterance of ALLAH Almighty, "That He might try you (to see) which of you is fairest in works." (67:2) said: "It does not mean one of you whose deeds are more numerous but one who is more rightful in his conduct, and this rightness is nothing but fear of ALLAH and sincerity of intention (niyyah) and fear." Then he (a) added: "To persevere in an action until it becomes sincere is more difficult than (performing) the action itself, and sincerity of action lies in this that you should not desire anyone to praise you for it except ALLAH Almighty, and intention supersedes action. Lo, verily, intention is action itself." Then he recited the Qur'anic verse, "Say, everyone acts in accordance with his character (shakilatihi)", (17:84) ---It is not simply
for the gratification of the mind or the senses. It is not knowledge for the sake of
knowledge or science for the value of sake. Knowledge accordingly must be linked
with values and goals.
Islam calls us to sincerely seek and learn all kinds of beneficial knowledge that would be of benefit to mankind. Branches of knowledge vary
in status, the highest of which is knowledge of sharee’ah, then knowledge of
medicine, then the other fields of knowledge.
The best of all branches of knowledge are the sciences of sharee’ah through which
man comes to know his Rabb, and His Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam) and His Din (religion). This is the knowledge
with which Allah (SWT) honoured His Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam); He taught it to him so that he
might teach it to mankind:
Islam came as a new religion, a new way of life to a dark world of ignorance and superstition, reviving, invigorating, and kindling the greatest human Dignity. Its message was unambiguous and it came with clear injunctions enumerating the rights of the human being – the rights of the governed and those who govern; the rights of the young and old; the rights of the student and the teacher; the rights of the man, woman, and child; the rights of the employee and the employer…It is not permissible to oppress women, children, old people, the sick or the wounded. Women's Honor, Dignity and chastity are to be respected under all circumstances this is the teaching of Islam!. The hungry person must be fed, the naked must be clothed and the wounded or diseased must be treated medically irrespective of whether they belong to the Islamic community or are from among its Non-Muslims, Although an Islamic state may be set up in any part of the earth, Islam does not seek to restrict human rights or privileges to the geographical limits of its own state. Islam has laid down some universal fundamental rights for humanity as a whole, which are to be observed and respected under all circumstances whether such a person is resident within the territory of the Islamic state or outside it, whether he is at peace or at war. The Holy Quran very clearly states: "O believers, stand up firmly by the Commandments of Allah, bearing witness
with justice and let not the enmity of any people incite you that you should
not do justice. Do justice that is nearer to piety and fear Allah,
undoubtedly, Allah is aware of your doings." (5:8)
When Islam came forth onto the world and announced its truth, it came upon nations that had long been neglectful of what is right and had transgressed against the rights of Humanity. People saw Islam as coming to their rescue. This is the secret behind why Islam spread so rapidly to the farthest reaches of the then known world. People accepted it with their hearts and souls and their minds. They freely embraced the faith of Islam, because of the unprecedented way that Islam guaranteed and protected their Honor,Dignity and their human rights. When we speak of human rights in Islam we really mean that these rights have been granted by ALLAH; they have not been granted by any king or by any legislative assembly. The rights granted by the kings or the legislative assemblies, can also be withdrawn in the same manner in which they are conferred. The same is the case with the rights accepted and recognized by the Tyrants. They can confer them when they please and withdraw them when they wish; and they can openly violate them when they like. But since in Islam human rights have been conferred by ALLAH, no legislative assembly in the world or any government on earth has the right or authority to make any amendment or change in the rights conferred by ALLAH. No one has the right to abrogate them or withdraw them. Nor are they basic human rights which are
conferred on paper for the sake of show and exhibition and denied in actual life when the show is over. Nor are they like philosophical concepts which have no sanctions behind them. The charter and the proclamations and the resolutions of the United Nations cannot be compared with the rights sanctioned by ALLAH; because the former are not applicable on anybody while the latter are applicable on every Muslim and Non-Muslim and every human being that is within the Boundary of the Islam Society. They are a part and parcel of the Islamic Faith. Every Muslim or administrator who claims himself to be Muslim, will have to accept, recognize and enforce them. If they fail to enforce them, and start denying the rights that have been guaranteed by ALLAH or make amendments and changes in them, or practically violate them while paying lip service to them, the verdict of the Holy Quran for such Society is clear and unequivocal: "Undoubtedly, We have sent down Taurah, wherein is the guidance and light.
According to it the Jews were ordered by Our obedient prophets and men of
learning and jurists for it was desired from them to preserve the Book of
Allah and they were witnesses to it, then fear not people, but fear Me and
do not accept mean price for Our Signs. And whoso judges not according to
what Allah has sent down, they are the persons who are infidels."(5:44). Human Rights In An Islamic society The Security Of Life And Property:
In the address which Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam) delivered on the occasion of the Farewell Hajj, he said:
"Your lives and properties are forbidden to one another till you meet your
Rabb on the Day of Resurrection."Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam) has also
said about the dhimmis (the non-Muslim citizens of the Muslim society): "One
who kills a man under covenant (i.e., dhimmi) will not even smell the
fragrance of Paradise."
The Protection Of Honor:
The Holy Quran " lays down:
"O believers! let not the men scoff at the men, perchance they may be better
than those who scoff, and nor the women at other women, perchance that
they may be better than those women who scoff, and do not taunt one
another and nor call one another by nicknames. What a bad name is, to be
called a disobedient after being a Muslim, and those who repent not, they
are the unjust. O believers! avoid most suspicions, verily some suspicion is a
sin and do not look out for faults and do not backbite one another. Would
any of you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother? You would abominate it.
And fear Allah, Verily Allah is Oft Returning, Merciful." (49:11-12)
Sanctity And Security Of Private Life:
The Holy Quran " has laid down the injunction:
"O believers! enter not houses other than you own, until you take
permission and salute the residents thereof. This is better for you, haply
you may be heedful." (24:27)
The Security Of Personal Freedom:
Islam has laid down the principle that no citizen can be imprisoned unless his guilt has been proven in an open court. To arrest a man only on the basis of suspicion and to throw him into a prison without proper court proceedings and without providing him a reasonable opportunity to produce his defense is not permissible in Islam.
The Right To Protest Against Tyranny:
Among the rights that Islam has conferred on human beings is the right to protest against government's tyranny. Referring to it the Holy Quran " says:
"Allah likes not the utterance of evil words except one who is being
oppressed. And Allah is Hearing, Knowing." (4:148)
In Islam, as has been argued earlier, all power and authority belong to Allah, and with man there is only delegated power which becomes a trust; everyone who becomes a recipient of such a power has to stand in awful reverence before his people toward whom and for whose sake he will be called upon to use these powers. This was acknowledged by Hazrat Abu Bakr (R.A.) who said in his very first address:
"Cooperate with me when I am right but correct me when I commit error;
obey me so long as I follow the commandments of Allah and His Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam); but turn away from me when I deviate." Freedom Of Expression:
Islam gives the right of freedom of thought and expression to all citizens of the Islamic state on the condition that it should be used for the propagation of virtue and truth and not for spreading evil and wickedness. The Islamic concept of freedom of expression is much superior to the concept prevalent in the West. Under no circumstances would Islam allow evil and wickedness to be propagated. It also does not give anybody the right to use abusive or offensive language in the name of criticism. It was the practice of the Muslims to inquire from Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam); whether on a certain matter a divine injunction had been revealed to him. If he said that he had received no divine injunction, the Muslims freely expressed their opinion on the matter.
Freedom Of Association:
Islam has also given people the right to freedom of association and formation of parties or organizations. This right is also subject to certain general rules.
Freedom Of Conscience And Conviction:
Islam has laid down the injunction in the Holy Quran
"There is no compulsion in religion; no doubt the virtuous path has become
clearly distinct from the erring; then whoso does not accept wrong doing and
believes in Allah, he grasped a very firm knot which is never to open and
Allah Hears and Knows." (2:256)
On the contrary, totalitarian societies totally deprive the individuals of their freedom. Indeed, this undue exaltation of the state authority curiously enough postulates a sort of servitude, of slavishness on the part of man. At one time slavery meant total control of man over man - now that type of slavery has been legally abolished but in its place totalitarian societies(such as north Korea) impose a similar sort of control over individuals.
Protection Of Religious Sentiments:
Along with the freedom of conviction and freedom of conscience, Islam has given the right to the individual that his religious sentiments will be given due respect and nothing will be said or done which may encroach upon his right.
Protection From Arbitrary Imprisonment:
Islam also recognizes the right of the individual not to be arrested or imprisoned for the offenses of others. The Holy Quran " has laid down this principle clearly:
"And no soul bearer of burden will bear the burden of another. And if any
one heavily loaded calls any other to share its load, not anyone will bear
anything from its burden, even though he may be a near relation..." (35:18)
The Right To Basic Necessities of Life:
Islam has recognized the right of the needy people for help and assistance to be provided to them. In the Holy Quran it states:
"And in their wealth there was the right of the beggars and the
unfortunate." (51:19)
Equality Before Law:
Islam gives its citizens the right to absolute and complete equality in the eyes of the law.
Rulers Not Above The Law:
A woman belonging to a high and noble family was arrested in connection with theft. The case was brought to Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam);, And it was recommended that she might be spared the punishment of theft. Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam); replied:
"The nations that lived before you were destroyed by Allah because they
punished the common man for their offenses and let their dignitaries go
unpunished for their crimes; I swear by Him Who holds my life in His hand
that even if Fatima, the daughter of Muhammad, had committed this crime,
I would have amputated her hand."
The Right To Participate In The Affairs Of State:
It states in the Holy Quran
"And those who obeyed the command of their Rabb and established prayer and
their affairs are decided by mutual consultation and they spend something
out of Our provision in Our way." (42:38)
The "Shura" or the legislative assembly has no other meaning except that the executive head of the government and the members of the assembly should be elected by free and independent choice of the people. Lastly, it is to be made clear that Islam tries to achieve the above mentioned human rights and many others not only by providing certain legal safeguards but mainly by inviting mankind to transcend the lower level of animal life to be able to go beyond the mere ties fostered by the kinship of blood, racial superiority, linguistic arrogance, and economic privileges. It invites mankind to move on to a plane of existence where, by reason of his inner excellence, man can realize the ideal of the brotherhood of man. The Holy Quran quotes . This is, by far, the best the Holy Quran. The faults of the article above are entirely my own. All correct information gathered and written in the article above are entirely attributed to Allah. For He, in His Mercy and Kindness, shows this slave of His, the Right Path. A thousands blessings and Salams go to Our hero, Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam); As-Salatu Wa-Assalamu Alaikah Ya Rasulullah.
Mu`âdh b. Jabal relates that Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam)said to him: “O Mu`âdh! Do you know what is Allah’s right over His servants and what their right is over Him?”
I said: “Allah and His Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam) know best.”
He said: “Allah’s right over His servants is that they worship Him without associating any partner with Him in worship, and their right over Him is that He does not punish anyone who worships Him without associating any partner with Him in worship.” [Sahîh al-Bukhârî and Sahîh Muslim] This hadîth above speaks about Allah’s rights over the people and their rights over Allah. Islamic legal scholars have spoken at length about this topic, and they have concluded that the rights of Allah are based upon leniency and pardon, whereas the rights of human beings are incontestable.
The idea of human rights in Islam has a strong spiritual dimension. The human being is directly accountable to his Rabb and Cherish. It is not just a matter of accountability before the law. Honoring the rights of other human beings is a means by which a person can become elevated in the sight of his (Rabb) Lord – or debased if he does not honor those rights. In other words, the issue of upholding human rights becomes a means by which a person’s fate in the Hereafter can be sealed.
Indeed, Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam) describes how a person can arrive “bankrupt” on the Day of Judgment without any good deeds to his credit, simply because he failed to uphold the rights of others.
Abû Hurayrah relates in Sahîh Muslim:
Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam)asked us: “Do you know who is bankrupt?”
We replied: “The one among us who is bankrupt is someone who has neither gold nor silver nor any provision.”
Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam)then said: “Among my people, the one who is bankrupt is the one who – after praying, fasting, and paying charity – arrives on the Day of Judgment having cursed one person and slandered another, assaulted another, and misappropriated the wealth of someone else. Then those people will be given of his good deeds, and if his good deeds run out before redress is made, then some of their sins will be taken from them and put upon him. Then he will be cast into Hell.”Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam) said: “The Best of you is the one who exhibits the best ethical conduct.” [Sahîh al-Bukhârî and Sahîh Muslim]
This ethical conduct is none other than to uphold the rights of others and safeguard their honor and Dignity.
Islam teaches us to determine the rights of others by considering our own rights. A person may well know what his own rights are, but fail to honor the rights of others. This is why Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam) said: “None of you believes until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself.” [Sahîh al-Bukhârî and Sahîh Muslim]
He also said: “Treat others how you wish to be treated.” [Sahîh Muslim]
In this way, Islam raises the devoted Muslim above selfishness and selfrighteousness. A Muslim should not act as if the world revolves around him, thinking only to safeguard his own rights and those who speak the same Language as he does, considering nothing of the rights of others,Staning before the people acting as if he has absolute authority! and telling the people he has absolute authority over this and that! and everyone answer to him, This is the way and behavior of Tyrants and the way of the dajjal and his followers, they are the ones who believe that they should have absolute authority over every thing on this Earth! ISLAM is the Only way of life strong enough to stand between the dajjal and world Domination! No Man has absolute authority over anything in this world! not over himself, nor over anything else because everything has to go back to the dust. Islam has come with a concept that no group of Law Makers or Legislative body has ever addressed before. This is the notion of “oppression of the self”. Islam seeks to preserves the person from transgressing the rights that he has over his own self. Allah says: “And whoever does evil or oppresses his soul, then asks forgiveness of Allah, he shall find Allah forgiving, merciful.” [Sûrah al-Nisâ’: 110]
Allah says: “We did them no injustice, but they were unjust to themselves.” [Sûrah al-Nahl: 118]
Islam has made the individual responsible for holding himself- accountable for his own conduct in how he fulfills the rights of others. And ALLAH will also hold each individual accountable for how he denyed the rights of others, At the same time, Islam has placed in its sacred(Shariah) law legal injunctions to safeguard those rights, in the context of a carefuly descriptive detailed understanding of inter-personal ethics. In this context, it presents a formidable corpus of laws to ensure human rights, the rights of women, spousal rights, the rights of citizens, and the rights of children, the rights of labor, and the rights of property owners. These rights, in turn, exist within the context of the shariah, the civil rights, the political rights, and the economic rights.
Unfortunately, the prevailing culture in socity today is one that promotes the violation and a Rude insensitive disregard for the rights of others. It is seen as a matter of course to try and infringe upon the rights of the Muslim people and impose one’s authority whenever one gets the chance, this is tyrannical behavior!
This is why the eminent jurist, Ibn Daqîq al-`Id said that the rights of others are “a pit from the pits of Hell, at the precipice of which stand two types of people: those who have knowledge and those who hold political power.” Because one may have political power donot necessarily mean that one has knowledge!
He meant that the transgression of the rights of others is often carried out by people who wield political power and by those who have cultural or religious authority. Through such people, political, religious, and social oppression is carried out.
To prevent injustice, Islam has come with clear and precise ethical injunctions. These are put in place to ensure that the human being can live in dignity, with freedom of speech, or vocation, and of religion.
Allah says: “Let there be no compulsion in religion.” [Sûrah al-Baqarah: 256]
Allah details many of the civic rights that people have over each other in Sûrah al-Hujurât, verses 11-12-13:
(11):O ye who believe! Let not some men among you laugh at others: It may be that the (latter) are better than the (former): Nor let some women laugh at others: It may be that the (latter are better than the (former): Nor defame nor be sarcastic to each other, nor call each other by (offensive) nicknames: Ill-seeming is a name connoting wickedness, (to be used of one) after he has believed: And those who do not desist are (indeed) doing wrong. (12):O ye who believe! Avoid suspicion as much (as possible): for suspicion in some cases is a sin: And spy not on each other behind their backs. Would any of you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother? Nay, ye would abhor it...But fear Allah: For Allah is Oft-Returning, Most Merciful. (13):O mankind! We created you from a single (pair) of a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that ye may know each other (not that ye may despise (each other). Verily the most honoured of you in the sight of Allah is (he who is) the most righteous of you. And Allah has full knowledge and is well acquainted (with all things).
A part of the ticked of the dajjal is to make us forget that he exist!to get us involved in distraction so that we will forget that he is in our midst, in Houston,tx.Among us the Muslims, that is a reality that All of us will have to face, this is the place where he is Doing his secret work, getheren his Force,Not one person has Ask the Question? where is he? show him to me,Point him Out! Knowone will dare to ask such a Question! The Dajjal will try to deceive the very elect, the very pious, the one who thinks he or she has faith in their hearts, because he will appear inconspiuous,He is Never seen in public, but Walking among the Muslims in silent for years, in and out of the Masjids, his silent has been a shield for him but no longer he is seen and recognized and people looking in his face and not saying anything knowing that that this is the dajjal without a doubt,"blind in one eye and the other eye looking like a protruding grape" All of this is takeing place in Houston Tx.where the most wicked of Men in the U.S. Live, some of them are so wicked that they want to be worship, they have become minor dajjals and others so wicked that they worship satan and these are the ones that have conspire with the secret societys of the world against Islam, and all these people are staning in the ranks of the Prayer line in the Masjids. this is where he(the dajjal) is working on many people in their sleep or I should say he is attacking many people in their sleep How can we contend with Dajjal? What can we do to avoid the mischief of Dajjal?
A believer aims for the Good, the Justice and the Truth to dominate. Apart from the major responsibility of ordering the good and prohibiting the evil, the believers should also contend with the evil. If the believers lives during the time of Dajjal, (s)we should do our best to contend with Dajjal.
Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam) mentioned Dajjal as one of the things when he said: “Whoever is saved from three things will achieve salvation…..”. (1)
How can we avoid the evils of Dajjal?
He Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam) said “If Dajjal emerges when I am among you, I will overcome him. If he emerges when I am not among you, everyone should try to do their best to contend with him. O servants of Allah, resist him and show perseverance”.(2)
It is stated in the Ibn-Majah narration of the hadith, “I will overcome him with proofs”. It shows that Dajjal, who attacks all the sacred faith issues like Allah, the Hereafter and fate, cannot be resisted with physical power but can be resisted with spiritual power, that is, by proving faith principles with definite proofs. Basing his opinion on earlier important people, Imam Rabbani gave the good news that, “A person from the Mutakallemeen and the scholars of ilm-e kalaam will come; he will prove all the principles of faith and Islam (truths of faith and Islam) with reasonable evidence and perfect clarity ”.(3) One can only resist Dajjal with the evidence and proven truth of that wise scholar.
Those evidences will be needed a lot because dajjal will throw in front of the followers of Muhammad Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam) all the doubts against Islam that had been accumulated for a thousand years. Confused people will require strong proofs so that they can be protected from those doubts. It can only be achieved through strong evidence.
In addition, dajjal will not refrain from coercion, tyranny and giving annoyance to make people accept his irreligious ideas. To be able to resist those things one needs to be equipped with strong Qur’anic and Sunnah faith principles. One should not submit to despotism in whatever circumstance even if he or she is executed. Even if (s)he submits, it will not be willingly. Eventually (s)he will triumph. “The people who will not submit to the absolute compulsion of the dajjal will be harm and the ones who submit unwillingly will not become unbelievers and probably not even sinners ”.(4)
The people who do not submit to the oppression and tyranny of the dajjal, with distinction in taking on the duty of rejecting the dajjal, might be martyrs , Even the Christians who resist the dajjal will get great rewards:(ishaallah)
“Seeing that in this time that is ending , there is a great indifference to religion and to ISLAM and seeing that the true religion of Jesus (pbuh) is ISLAM and He will govern with ISLAM; Surely, As for the people who suffer that calamity, who assist the oppressed and those who struggle to maintain the tranquility of humanity and the essence of the Din ALLAH(religion) and the sacredness of Holy Quran and the Sunnah of Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam) and the rights of the people,Their Faith increase.
Dajjal, who takes ruining and destruction as a principle, ruins every established thing and overturns the legitimate social order. He kills everyone who opposes him, jails them or tries to sideline them. The difficulty of trying to take care of the Din (religion) and to practice the sunnah it is indisputable fact that is not subject to interpretation . In accordance with the principleof ISLAM, “The important thing is to be able to resist dajjal with faith and Devotion. dajjal sees everything materially, he does not accept the existence of the oneness of Allah and his sovereignty and possession of everything in creation. Dajjal will not be able to have any authority over the Believer who denies him, who reject him as divine, and that Believer says, “Our lord is Allah. We trust him and we approach him. From your evil, we seek protection in Allah”.(8)
Struggle against dajjal could change with the circumstances and conditions. The criterion in that should be the following hadith, “Try to hinder the wrong with the hand. If that is not possible, then try to hinder it with the tongue. If that is not possible, then turn your heart away from it”. The believer should do everything he/she can to struggle against him. The believer should never condone his evils. If there is nothing he can do, he is obliged to turn away from it. The believer should not keep silent and refrain from telling the truth lest dajjal should harm him.
9)
As can be seen, even because of some important affairs, being silent and mild towards Dajjal can bring about those kinds of results for the important people.
Apart from abandoning the struggle against Dajjal, to be in favor of Dajjal would, no doubt, summon more serious disasters. Even if the worldly life of the person prospers, (her) his Hereafter life will collapse. Even in this worldly life, the troubles and calamities will not be missing. If there is widespread support for Dajjal as it apear to bether is no place safe from the punishment of ALLAH , there is an invitation for general calamities like hunger, famine or earthquake because “The general calamities come from the mistake of the majority. The majority of the people join them when they support tyrant people with their actions or when they undertake or become a part of their actions. So, they cause general calamities.
the struggle against Dajjal is not easy. The influence of Dajjal is strong and his despotism is fierce; and he will try to silence those who dare to struggle against him. The believers should not lose the sense of struggle and strive as much as (s)he can. (S)He should turn (her) his heart away from the Evil, if (s)he cannot do anything. (S)He should not approach him or his cause as much as possible and stay away from his mischief. The advice of Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam) regarding the issue is as follows:
“When you hear the emergence of Dajjal, stay away from him because one goes to him with the intention of refusing him but becomes a subject because he gives apprehension to the hearts and deceives and put doubts in them.”
Another narration is as follows:
“When you hear the emergence of Dajjal, do not approach him as much as possible. A person goes to him thinking that Dajjal is a believer, stays with him for a while and falls into his trap with his doubts.”(11)
Approaching Dajjal in this context is not just approaching his body but also his cause which causes confusion in the minds and hearts. He goes away by leaving a devastating mischief.
A Hadith advises us to prefer staying at home so as not to be infected with the appealing mischief of Dajjal.night time; one will reach the morning as a believer but become an unbeliever by the night time.Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam)informs us that before the doomsday there will be mischief like pieces of people will sell their religion for a piece of worldly benefit. The Sahaba asked him, “What should we do when we reach such a time?" Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam) said, “Do not become infected by leaving your homes”.(12)
The point is not to fall into his trap, to have knowledge of the Dajjal so as not to be seized by his appealing mischief, Unfortunately, people who do not have knowledge of the Dajjal and can have the wrong opinions and fall into his trap because of negligence and ignorance. The Real Dajjal can hunt those people down easily because he adopts methods of deception, fraud, and hypocrisy.
the Dajjal is the Open Enemy of ALLAH ; he has start a secret and open war against Islam and is attacking in everyway and every chance he gets. There is no need to say that people who have knowledge of those things and follow him nevertheless will lose everything in this world and also in the hereafter. Even their deeds will not be useful for them, for these people who submit to Dajjal “none of their good acts will be of any use”.(13)
What can we do to avoid the mischief of the dajjal?
“Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam)says Certainly, I am warning you against dajjal. There is no prophet who has not warned his people against him. Likewise, Noah (pbuh) had also warned his people against Dajjal.”(14)
The greater the danger, the more protection necessary. Accordingly, there are warnings and preventive measures. As it can be seen above, Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam)has made the necessary warnings against that big danger.
Because of those warnings, the Sahaba had expected Dajjal as a big calamity in a nearby place and a near time and they had prepared against him accordingly.
Nawwas bin Sam’an explains how Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam)“explained Dajjal one morning. He lowered Dajjal so much and emphasized (his mischief) so much that we thought he was in that date garden (in person).”(15)
Seeking Protection in Allah from the mischief of Dajjal. Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam) had taught them(the Sahabah) this prayer that he often repeated himself: “I seek Protection in You from the mischief of Dajjal”.(17)
In addition, after finishing the final tashahhud of the prayer (salat) he Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam)“ advised us to seek Protection in Allah from the following four things: the Hell torment, the grave torment, the mischief of life and death and the evil of Masihu’d Dajjal.(18)
Including those Sunnah prayers in his principles of methods, Badiuzzaman also mentioned avoiding the mischief of Dajjal in the prayers he made after morning (fajr) and evening (maghrib) prayers:
“O Allah, protect us from Hell! O Allah, protect us from all fires! O Allah, protect us from the religious and worldly mischief! O Allah, protect us from the mischief of the end of time! O Allah, protect us from the mischief of Masihu’d Dajjal and Sufyan! O Allah, protect us from perversion, false innovation (bid’a) and troubles!”(19)
Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam)“ also advises reading the first verses of the Chapter al-Kahf to avoid the mischief of Dajjal.
“Among his mischief is that he has a heaven and a hell by his side. However, his hell is Heaven and his heaven is Hell. Whoever is tested with his fire should ask for help from Allah and read the first verses of the Chapter al-Kahf. Then, his fire will give coolness and peace as it happened to Ibrahim. ”(20)
In addition, apart from the narration for protection from the evil of Dajjal, there are narrations that say, “One who reads the Chapter al-Kahf will be protected from the mischief of Dajjal”(21), “one who reads the last verses”(22) and “one who memorizes the first ten verses will be protected”.(23)
What is the Divine Wisdom in the reading that chapter (surah)?
In that chapter, Allah, the Almighty, is introduced with His personality and attributes and it is explained how, with His help, Ashab-u Kahf were rescued from the evil of the ruler of the time, Dakyanus. One can be protected from the evil of Dajjal with the help of Allah. That chapter gives the believers that security. An important wisdom of the fact that that chapter has been read in mosques every Friday since the time of Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam) , is seeking Protection in Allah from the evil of Dajjal.
When Muhammed al-Hejazi (d. 1625) evaluates the advice of reading the Chapter al-Kahf for the protection from the mischief of Dajjal, he says that Dajjal can only be resisted with the Qur’an. He explains the secret as:
“One who is strong against Dajjal is strong only with the Qur’an.”(24)
The tricks, doubts and apprehensions of Dajjal cannot influence such a person in any way, a person who knows the Qur’an and the Sunnah of Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam) well and who fills his heart and mind with its sacred truths. The faults of the article above are entirely my own. All correct information gathered and written in the article above are entirely attributed to Allah. For He, in His Mercy and Kindness, shows this slave of His, the Right Path. A thousands blessings and Salams go to Our hero, Rasulallah(sallallahu alayhi was salam) As-Salatu Wa-Assalamu Alaikah Ya Rasulullah.
